I will not come back. The xiao long bao is not good.

I was expecting to have good XLB (Shanghai style mini bun with soup inside), but I was so disappointed. There was only a little soup inside the XLB. Moreover the crab XLB doesn’t have any crab taste at all. We also ordered fish cooked with soy source. The fish was over-cooked. I will not visit this restaurant again.

Very delicious Shanghai's style chinese food.

True to its Chinese roots, it's all about the food. So don't expect great service, nor great interior or seating. The dumplings are crazy good and certainly worth the wait!

Great dumplings! We started with a vegetable and tofu platter, followed by veggie eggrolls, Shanghai dumplings and red bean pancakes. All was delightful and it didn't take too long to get seated or served. Will come back!

Nothing impressive in terms of ambience and sometimes you need to get servers' attention, but you don't go here for impressive decor or impeccable service. You go here for the dumplings. And you will not be disappointed. They will arrive quickly and they will be hot enough to melt your pallette. But they will be so, so good. They also have decent noodles and other dishes, but the more of those you order the fewer dumplings you'll be able to eat, so keep that in mind.

Tried this place as I just moved to the area from San Francisco and looking for new dumpling spots. Service was a lot nicer but the dumplings were average at best. Probably will not come back.

They are called the dumpling shop but their food is good beyond just the dumplings. Try their stir fried vegetables, Shanghai noodle, hotpot rice and deep fried mantou with condensed milk.

Had dinner with the fam bam this evening. We were torn between this restaurant and the one directly next door. We ultimately decided with Shanghai because of their dumpling offerings. Boy, did they not disappoint. It was crispy and tender, and the filling was absolutely delicious. Their signature entrees were excellent as well. Definitely will come back if I'm in the area.

This restaurant is definitely one of the tastiest place to eat in the area. Every time I come to this place I am awfully pleased. They preserve their high level service and the highest level of dishes they serve. You can never go wrong with this restaurant. Very recommended.

An amazingly delicious mom-and-pop restaurant that serves northern Asian dishes. Their dumplings are worth every penny, and the lunch specials portions are large enough to share. Give it a visit yourself 👍👍🏼👍🏽🍜 🌈

Pretty decent Xiao long baos, not a huge fan of their green onion pancake. Service was also pretty good last few times I went, the server is very friendly.

Xiao long bao and fried buns with condensed milk and sweet soy drink ♥ so comforting on rainy days. They give lots of vinegar with the dumplings too! Not a fan of the red oil chili wanton. It was too doughy and more like red peanut butter dumpling.狮子头 (meatball) is a huge hunk of meat and not as juicy as we expected.

Best soup dumplings in peninsula ! Terrific Mongolian beef with rice in lotus leaf - humongous portions! Really affordable and fast service but finding a spot in their cosy eatery could be a challenge.Go early !

Lovely authentic Chinese food especially the xiaolongbaos! We also got some of the other buns and they were also really good.The restaurant doesn't take reservations so when we showed up on Sat around lunch time we had to wait about 15-20 min before getting seated.

It has good authentic Chinese food there. The Shanghai dumplings were extraordinary. One of the best ones I have had in US. Walnut shrimp would be better with more sauce, but still pretty good. It was busy, but the wait time was short.

Go here. Just go here. Get the dumplings. They are awesome. I also got the pot stickers too. They were also awesome.

The service is really efficient and fast. The soup dumpling came in a huge stack and the waiter came to each table to deliver our order. But there was hardly any soup in each dumpling. I did not enjoy it. The veg was good and the pan fried bun was awesome. The noodles had plenty of sauce and flavor. The service was great and the restroom was clean. Street parking only. Enjoyed the food except for the soup dumpling.

A compact Shanghai cuisine place. Taste is pretty authentic Shanghai-style. Had soup dumplings, pan fried pork buns, and spicy wonton. They are not so juicy as expected. The taste of everything is good, but a little too light. Wish could be more flavorful. Spicy wonton is not spicy at all. It comes with spicy oil mixed with A LOT of peanut paste which is not supposed to have. Peanut paste makes the taste too thick especially when the pork filling has less flavor. Asked for extra spicy oil, still not spicy at all.

Authentic Chinese food. Yummy dumplings! Came by on a Sunday evening for dinner. There was a line outside the restaurant, we waited for approx 15mins before we were seated. We were promptly served with tea and shortly after, a server came by to take our orders. We ordered Hot and Sour soup (3/5), Shanghai Dumplings (4/5), buns with condensed milk (4/5) and Beef with capsicum (3/5). I had wanted to order their savory soy bean milk, unfortunately they are only available for breakfast/lunch. The portions were huge for each of the dishes, enough for 3-4 to share. It was two of us so we ended up packing quite a bit of food home. Overall, the food are authentic and tasty. Typical Chinese restaurants are really noisy, this was manageable. Will be back again.

Duck is very good appetizer. Dumplings are amazing. Fast service !!!! Delicious food

This place has such amazing dumplings. I'm never disappointed in the food or service and have been coming here repeatedly for the last 5 months.
